Merry Christmas! Happy Hannukah, Kwanzaa, & Festivus (for the rest of us)

There are, according to my very unscientific google search, 30 different things to celebrate in December. From a couple of Saints day to Winter Solstice and Christmas eve and a host of various random days.

In the Northern Hemisphere at least, the reasons for the season is these long, dark, cold nights and the return of the sun. For me, the winters holidays – and I celebrate Christmas with my family – is all about that light in the darkness. About being together with the people I love in preferably a cozy space with Christmas lights.
